I work as an instructional designer, striving to turn what may seem like dull, overwhelming information into engaging and transformative learning experiences. My background in entrepreneurship has dramatically influenced my approach to learning design. Over the past 15 years, I’ve tackled real-world problems through marketing, training, and development for various clients and employers. The confluence of these experiences has left me optimistic about the possibilities in the world of learning and development!
My goal as a designer of events, curriculum, and materials extends beyond problem-solving. In fact, I view learning design as a means to foster connections and drive innovation across departments, projects, and individuals.
I’m excited about the future of work and the role of learning design within it! Whenever I can, I look forward to sharing samples of what that looks like in this space.
